CCCC is a state-of-the-art ropes course inspected and certified according
to ACCT standards. The course is managed by trained consultants, a team
of professional ropes course facilitators. Their combined experience
includes expertise in communication, action learning, corporate consulting,
sports psychology and strategic planning and organizational development.
The
course is located approximately one hour from San Francisco, Oakland and
Sacramento in a pristine canyon
at Star West Ranch, adjacent to the Westerbeke
Ranch Conference Center in the western hills of Sonoma Valley. The property has been in the Westerbeke family since the early
thirties and is now in it’s third generation, owned by Susan Westerbeke.
This gorgeous, lush canyon was the joy of Susan's grandparents for picnicking
and recreation, accessed by horseback in it's earlier days.
The ropes course was originally constructed in 1990, has been recently
rebuilt and reopened under new management. The canyon and the lovely creek
setting provide a beautiful backdrop for special occasions, ceremonial
or spiritual. Enjoy hiking along the creek and in the natural habitat. Guided nature
hikes can be a wonderful addition to your visit.
Our clients include a wide range of groups including non-profits, schools,
families, community organizations and corporations. Our programs are tailored
to meet the needs and goals of each group. We provide single and multi-day
programs with many of our clients choosing to stay at the nearby conference
center.
